Me llamo Esmeralda Sabino y las plantas que mi familia usan para curarse cuando están enfermos son la yerba buena porque la yerba buena es uso de muchas cosas por ejemplo como el vaporo y uso para otras cosas también. Mi mama usa epazote cuando cocina lo usa cuando cocina albóndigas y también lo usa para el arroz, otra planta que usa mi mama cuando ase salsa es el cilantro eso es uso para muchas cosas también, también para curar enfermedades como cuando tengo dolores de garganta mi mama yerbeé el cilantro y me lo hace como bebido y eso me cura. También hay muchas frutas que se usan para nuestra belleza como por ejemplo el pepino y el aguacate se usan mucho como para mascarillas que las mujeres usan para que no se les haga vieja la cara. La guayaba también las usa mucho para hacer cremas para la piel. Ahí plantas que también pueden ser símbolos de amor, por ejemplo las flores se usan mucho para regalarle a esa persona especial, no nomas las flores pero también los girasoles y otras plantas también

My name is Esmeralda Sabino, and the plants that my family thing that are good use for when there sick is called yerba buena, its a good plant of great use because when your sick of a soar throat it works out a lot all you have to do is boil it and then eat it and it takes all your pains away it takes a couple of minuets but it helps. There's also a lotions that works and its called vaporo its made out of yerba buena and that helps out when you have back problems or when your having a cold. one of the other plants that's a lot of use for us is El epazote my mom usually uses it for when she cooks like rice or when she makes meat balls, and for the salsa she uses cilantro it gives our salsa more taste. there's also a lot of beauty stuff that use fruits for there products for example theres the agacate and the cucumber that they use for masks that women use at nights. theres also plants that are love symbols for example flowers that men and women us to show there love ones how much they love them.
